FAQs

How does H15DEN help businesses?
Local businesses submit their info (menu, photos, offers) to be listed in the app. You see these offers, visit the spot, and redeem incentives by showing the app in person. This drives real foot traffic directly to their door.
What kind of incentives do businesses offer?
It’s up to the business. Most offer a simple percentage off (10–20%) or specific deals like “Buy 1 Get 1” or “Free drink with meal.” These are designed to encourage visits and repeat customers.
How is H15DEN different from apps like Yelp or Groupon?
H15DEN only features independent, non-chain businesses. We don’t take a cut of revenue. The focus is on real people visiting the locations, not delivery or takeout. Listings are carefully curated to avoid clutter, so you discover quality local spots, not an overwhelming list.
Does H15DEN promote these businesses?
Yes. We actively promote on social media, run giveaways, and feature businesses in the app, creating a local-focused discovery platform that benefits both the community and the owners.

Our Founders

Why We Started H15DEN

H15DEN started with a simple observation: community feels different depending on where you are. When we lived in Spain, every place you went carried the personality of the people who owned it. The bar down the street, the café on the corner, the shop tucked away in an alley. They were not just businesses. They were extensions of the people who ran them. They knew you, they recognized you, and that created a sense of belonging.

When we came back to the United States, that feeling was missing. Most of what you find here is corporate. McDonalds, Burger King, Starbucks. Chains. Places where nobody remembers your name, where the culture is standardized, and where ownership is invisible. With delivery services on top of that, foot traffic has lost its magic. The simple act of showing up, connecting, and being part of a place has started to fade.

H15DEN exists to bring that feeling back. We are building something that values people over corporations, recognition over transactions, and community over convenience.
